Remote work in Ukraine is bringing increasingly higher incomes: in August 2026, the average salary for such vacancies reached UAH 37,500, which is 15% more than last year. The average salary for remote vacancies in August is UAH 37,500. Over the year, it has increased by 15%, and increasingly more industries are offering remote work not only to IT specialists.
For comparison, the average salary in Ukraine in June was almost UAH 33,000, while in Kyiv, it exceeded UAH 48,000. Thus, the average figure for remote work is already higher than the nationwide average.
At the same time, salaries vary significantly depending on the profession and qualification. For example, HR specialists are offered about UAH 37,000, in logistics approximately UAH 30,000, and in education UAH 26,500.
Which remote professions in Ukraine pay the most
The highest average salary among the listed remote professions is held by the Chief Financial Officer - UAH 80,500. Employers offer nearly the same amount for marketing directors.

The ranking shows that high incomes in remote work are no longer concentrated exclusively in IT. Among the leaders are vacancies in finance, sales, construction, logistics, management, and manufacturing.
Which remote professions saw the biggest salary increases in 2026
Over the past year, supervisors demonstrated the highest growth. Salaries for such specialists increased by 100%.
Salaries for furniture designers, artificial intelligence specialists, and coordinators increased by 50%. Authors saw a 48% increase over the year.
The list of professions for which employers allow remote work is also expanding. In addition to developers and digital specialists, remote vacancies are being offered in sales, HR, education, logistics, and several technical fields.
Thus, salaries of UAH 60,000-80,000 in remote work are available not only to IT professionals. However, the highest figures are mostly associated with managerial positions and professions requiring experience and specialized skills.
