Ukrainians in Poland remain leaders among foreigners in the number of opened businesses. In 2025, they significantly outpaced other nationalities in entrepreneurship activity. This is reported by “InPoland”.
Ukrainians' Businesses in Poland: Who Opens the Most Companies
In total, foreigners registered about 10,500 new enterprises in Poland. The largest share among them is made up of Ukrainians.
In the ranking of new companies:

Germans - 514 businesses.
Also included in the top ten most active are entrepreneurs from Turkey, India, Great Britain, the Czech Republic, Georgia, and Italy.

Foreigners, including Ukrainians, most often open businesses in areas with a quick start and stable demand.

Experts explain this structure by stating that many of these areas have a relatively low entry threshold and stable demand in the Polish market.
The growth of entrepreneurship activity among Ukrainians is also linked to adaptation to local conditions and the development of the Polish internal market, which creates new opportunities for small and medium-sized businesses.
Previously, we wrote that since 2022 Ukrainians living and working in Poland have contributed about 328.6 billion zlotys to the country's economy in additional GDP. This is almost eight times more than the Polish budget spent on supporting Ukrainians and helping Ukraine - 40.3 billion zlotys.
