Which sectors did Ukrainians most often choose for work in Poland in 2025
According to labor market research, almost half of Ukrainian workers - 49% - choose to work in warehouses and logistics centers. These are mainly vacancies for assembling, packaging, and sorting goods.

Experts note that such employment structure demonstrates stable demand from Polish enterprises for accessible labor, as well as Ukrainians' willingness to consider various types of employment, including physically challenging or seasonal work.

Demand for Ukrainian workers in Poland remains high
Despite the general slowdown in the labor market in Europe, Poland continues to attract a large number of Ukrainian workers. Warehouse and seasonal vacancies still enjoy stable demand, which allows for quick job placement even for those without special education or experience.
