Dnipro residents had to adjust their trips on June 5 due to temporary changes in public transport operations. One tram route was suspended in the city, several bus and trolleybus routes were altered, and several terminus stops were relocated due to repair work. This was reported by the Department of Transport and Transport Infrastructure of the Dnipro City Council.

Changes in transport movement in Dnipro: which routes are operating differently

The most significant changes affected tram services. Tram route No. 16 has been temporarily suspended.

Changes were also made to the bus routes No. 18, No. 55, and No. 151A. During the restrictions, they are rerouting via Krapivnitska Street.

Separately, the terminus stops of two bus routes have been relocated:

  • Bus No. 85 temporarily ends its route near the building at 2A Chornykh Zaporizhtsiv Street;

  • Bus No. 136A travels to 123 Bohdan Khmelnytsky Avenue instead of Engineer Street.

Trolleybuses in Dnipro operate on temporary routes

Due to restrictions, trolleybus routes No. 2 and No. 12 have been combined into one temporary route. It connects the residential areas of Piaras and Peremoga through Dobrovoltsiv Lane.

At the same time, trolleybuses No. 7, No. 14, No. 17, and No. 20, as well as bus No. 38, have temporarily shortened their routes to Prince Volodymyr the Great Street. The final stop for them is located near the "Most-City Center".

Buses to Peremoga and Piaras are rerouting

Due to changes in traffic organization, the final stops of buses No. 23, No. 57A, and No. 88 have temporarily been relocated to Uspenska Square.

For route No. 120, the final stop operates on Volodymyr Monomakh Street. In the direction of the Peremoga residential area, buses are traveling via Dmytro Yavornytsky Avenue, Voskresenska Street, and Sicheslavska Naberezhna.

Buses No. 121, heading to the Piaras residential area, have also changed their route. They are traveling via Dmytro Yavornytsky Avenue, Juliusz Słowacki Street, and Sicheslavska Naberezhna, after which they return to the usual traffic scheme.

Temporary restrictions are related to repair work in the city. Passengers are advised to check current routes in advance and take the changes into account when planning their trips.

Recall that the patrol police published a video of the operations at the sites of Russian strikes on Dnipro on April 2, which resulted in the deaths of 16 people, including two children.
