Ukrainian actor Andriy Isayenko did not reveal his exact fee but confirmed that he earns over 15,000 UAH for one shooting day. His main source of income remains cinema, but his earnings depend on the number of projects and can fluctuate significantly throughout the year. He discussed this in an interview with Slava Dyomin.

During the conversation, Dyomin suggested that actors at Isayenko's level earn at least 10,000 UAH per shift. When asked if his rate is around 15,000 UAH, the actor replied that he earns more but refused to disclose the exact amount.
With 10-15 shooting days per month, working on a series can provide the actor with a stable income for several months. Isayenko cited long-term projects like 'Women’s Doctor' as an example.
'The main income is from cinema,' the actor explained.
In the theater, Isayenko receives a fixed rate with an advance and salary, rather than a separate fee for each performance. He has also started teaching, but at the time of the interview, he had not received his first paycheck and did not know its final amount.

Slava Dyomin suggested that the average annual income of an actor might be around $5000, or approximately 200,000 UAH per month. Isayenko did not confirm this estimate and stated that he earns less.
Andriy Isayenko explained that employment in cinema is uneven. Since last November, he has only appeared in two projects. There can be long breaks between shoots, so current expenses need to be covered with previously earned money.
Isayenko described himself as a frugal person and noted that he always keeps a financial cushion. These savings helped his family and loved ones during the first one and a half years of the full-scale war.
