Introducing the ADAM Interactive Platform

On July 1 at 12:30 PM, Nevada-based Richtech Robotics unveiled an interactive platform that enables real-time, two-way communication with their robot ADAM over the internet. This service elevates user engagement with robotics by allowing direct, live interaction. Built on the NVIDIA Isaac robotics platform and powered by the NVIDIA Jetson Thor computing system, ADAM handles environmental perception, analysis, action planning, and control independently without relying on external servers. The company plans for ADAM to be one of the first robot influencers in its market segment.

Richtech Robotics Expands Its Capabilities

To support these new technologies, Richtech Robotics has acquired a warehouse complex in Las Vegas spanning over 7,370 square meters for approximately $21.2 million. At this new facility, the company intends to install GPU-based computing infrastructure to collect robotic data, train World Action Models, and expand its headquarters. The first phase of the new data center is scheduled to go live in fall 2026.

Previously focused on service robots—such as those making coffee, mixing cocktails, delivering food, transporting materials, and cleaning—Richtech Robotics has pivoted over the past year toward embodied artificial intelligence. The company has also introduced Dex, a mobile industrial humanoid. At the new site, future robot models will be trained using data from commercial robotic systems and human interactions. Richtech Robotics is now prioritizing simulation-based robot training, AI data services, and the development of new robotics software.

This initiative by Richtech Robotics marks a significant milestone in the advancement of robotics and artificial intelligence.

The ADAM interactive platform has the potential to transform how users engage with robots, unlocking new applications across various industries. The acquisition of the Las Vegas warehouse complex and plans for a dedicated data center underscore the company’s ambition to lead the field by focusing on technologies that enhance robot training and human-robot interaction.

As the field of robotics continues to evolve, the recent achievement of a humanoid robot autonomously completing a complex mission highlights the rapid advancements in artificial intelligence.
