On November 20, a working meeting was held at ARMA (Agency for Investigation and Asset Management), where the results of the Agency's work and planned actions for the future were discussed. The event was attended by representatives of the government, the Verkhovna Rada, the Ministry of Economy, the Cabinet of Ministers Secretariat, ARMA, and international organizations.
Acting Head of ARMA Yaroslav Maksymenko presented the interim results of the Agency's work and outlined priorities. Important aspects were noted, such as asset identification, structural changes in ARMA, audits involving international partners, and more.
Since August, internal control procedures and international audits have begun. Among the priorities are asset identification, updating the register, changes in the organizational structure, implementation of control, public oversight, and new approaches to asset management.
ARMA continues to actively implement reforms in the management of seized assets, particularly through systematic asset identification and modernization of its operations. The reforms aim for more effective use of assets in various sectors, including defense, internally displaced persons, and civil society.
