Ukrainian defenders repelled attacks from Russian occupation forces in the Pokrovsk direction, where a significant enemy Grouping is concentrated. Russians are trying to capture the strategically important agglomeration at any cost, but they have encountered staunch resistance from Ukrainian soldiers.
Although the enemy is using aviation and heavy equipment, the defenders prove that they are unable to achieve their goal due to intense resistance. Ukrainian military officials note that Russians are trying to bypass the agglomeration from both sides but are currently unable to succeed thanks to the effective work of the defenders.
'There is indeed a large Grouping left there, which has more than 100 thousand personnel if we consider the entire Pokrovsk direction. All means the enemy has are actively involved: both aviation and equipment,' emphasized Trehubov.
The fate of this strategically important territory remains in question, but the Ukrainian military demonstrates readiness to fight to the end, defending every kilometer in the struggle for their country.
