Strikes on Odesa Region and Their Consequences
Russian forces launched an attack on the Odesa region, damaging equipment at an energy facility in the southern part of the area. This incident disrupted electricity supply for more than a thousand customers. 'As a result of the enemy attack in the south of the region, equipment at one of the energy facilities was damaged. Power outages have been recorded for over a thousand consumers,' said Oleh Kiper.
He also reported on the casualties in Odesa: 'In Odesa, two people were injured at a public transport stop. They have received the necessary assistance. In Chornomorsk, a drone hit a residential building. Fortunately, there were no injuries.'

Earlier on June 8, Russian forces used drones to strike the city of Konotop in the Sumy region, where there were also casualties. Additionally, a Russian Shahed drone hit a Ukrposhta hub in Kharkiv. Since the beginning of June, Russia has been targeting civilian trucks with drones on the highway between Kharkiv and Sumy, specifically near the Bohodukhiv area, a stretch of road located about 20 kilometers from the Ukrainian-Russian border.
'Our team has been working since night to ensure parcels are delivered as promptly as possible, and deliveries will proceed today in Kharkiv. We will fully compensate all customers whose parcels were destroyed,' added the company's CEO.
