Military actions and damage
During this night, Odesa and its outskirts became the arena of one of the largest aerial attacks in the entire war. The Russian troops fired more than 300 missiles and kamikaze drones aimed at energy, industrial, port, and civilian facilities.
As a result of the attacks, electricity supply was interrupted in many parts of Odesa and the region, leading to problems with water supply and heating.
Consequences for the population
Hospitals switched to backup energy sources, fuel and water supplies were activated. Dining rooms with drinking water are operational, and water delivery for technical needs has been organized. Reliability points for the population have also been launched.
