Attack on the Yampil Community
On June 4, an assault struck the central area of the Yampil community in the Sumy region, leaving two people dead and four women injured. All victims were rushed to the hospital for treatment. This incident occurred on the 1,562nd day of Russia’s full-scale war in Ukraine, a conflict that has now stretched well into its fourth year.
Oleh Hryhorov, head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, confirmed the fatalities, stating:
