Restoration is ongoing at the site where a freight train derailed near Korosten due to the activity of hostile drones, complicating the work of railway workers. Some passenger trains are operating on an alternative route through Fastiv with delays of up to three hours.

The railway workers have organized transfers for passengers to Korosten on a suburban train through Shepetivka. The same system operates in the reverse direction.
Note that a freight train derailed near Korosten due to a strike by a Russian drone. Four employees of 'Ukrzaliznytsia' were injured in the attack on the energy and transport infrastructure of the region.
As a result of the attack by hostile drones near Korosten, passenger trains are resuming their movements through alternative routes, which has already led to delays in the operation of the railway and the need to organize transfers for passengers.
