The father of Kuzma Skryabin, Viktor Kuzmenko, confessed that he still does not have a definitive answer regarding the circumstances of his son's death. According to him, the family doubted the completeness of the investigation, but did not attempt to have it renewed out of fear for the musician's loved ones. He shared this in an interview with Slava Dyomin.

The host reminded that the artist's mother, Olga Kuzmenko, expressed doubts about the accident being coincidental. Viktor Kuzmenko agreed that many things remain unclear in the case.
According to him, the family did not see proper investigation, and the case was eventually closed. At the same time, the musician's father emphasized that he has no direct evidence supporting the version of a deliberate accident.
«The case is very dark. There was no proper investigation. Honestly, it's 50-50», — said Viktor Kuzmenko.
Thus, it is a matter of the father's personal doubts rather than established facts from the investigation.
Why Kuzma's family did not demand a new investigation after his death
Viktor Kuzmenko explained that the family consciously did not draw attention to the case. The musician's parents were worried about his wife Svyatlana and daughter Maria-Barbara, who lived in Kyiv.
The family did not receive direct threats. According to the man, it was an internal fear caused by the lack of convincing answers regarding the accident and distrust of the investigation system at that time. The family decided not to raise the topic too insistently in order not to put Andriy’s loved ones at possible risk.
Viktor Kuzmenko also mentioned that he last visited the site of his son's death about six years ago.
Kuzma Skryabin died on February 2, 2015, near the village of Lozuvatka in Dnipropetrovsk region. The musician's SUV collided with a truck, after which the 46-year-old artist died at the scene. Following the accident, law enforcement opened a criminal case.
