Brigadier General Andriy Biletsky of the Third Army Corps stated that the Russians are more successful in the air terror over Ukraine than on the front line. He emphasized that the Russians want to demonstrate their readiness for a prolonged war, but the situation is not as real as they want to show.
According to Biletsky, the military training of the Russians is deteriorating month by month, and the quality of personnel is extremely terrible. He compared the situation of Ukrainians and Russians to boxers in the 12th round, noting that both sides are exhausted.
“We are now thinking about our condition and exhaustion, but I think the Russians are in a similar condition right now,” said Biletsky.
According to all intelligence data from Ukraine and information from Western allies, the arrival of the Russian military contingent does not compensate for their losses on the front. The situation with the Russians' armament is described as catastrophic.
Funding the War by Russia Against Ukraine
The Russian Federation spends an average of 213 billion rubles per week ($2.7 billion) on the war against Ukraine, which exceeds their capabilities. This amount is significant and could become an annual budget for a large Russian region, yet the authorities continue to increase funding for the war.
“The strategy of coercing Ukraine into concessions to Russia will not stop the war, as Putin is not interested in compromise and believes in the possibility of achieving his goals by force,” said former U.S. Secretary of State Anthony Blinken.
The Russians are successfully conducting air terror over Ukrainian territory, but their military training is deteriorating, and this war is exhausting both sides. The Russian Federation spends massive amounts on the war against Ukraine, which overwhelms its budget and does not lead to the cessation of the conflict.
