Dynamo team defender Kristian Bilosar, who is the son-in-law of club president Ihor Surkis, told Denys Boyko about the team's attitude towards Romanian player Vladyslav Blenuc.

Bilosar noted that initially, there were doubts regarding Blenuc due to his videos on social media, but when the player said he supports Ukraine and sent his salary to support the Armed Forces, the attitude towards him changed.

«I decided to do this myself, but people misunderstood me a bit because I posted these videos not because I support Russia, but because there are certain expressions in these videos…»

«In these videos, there were some, as he said, statements about the LGBT community, and he and his wife are against this LGBT community. They came across these videos, where, I won’t name the person's name, and he expressed himself against this LGBT. So there are people in our country who also express themselves against the LGBT community. Yes, I do not justify him in any way. If you are going to such a country, at the very least, you should delete all these videos from your social media completely. But yes, he made such a decision himself and sent all his first salary to the Armed Forces»

After signing a contract with Dynamo, Blenuc's social media found reposts from a Russian propagandist, which caused outrage among fans.

It has also been revealed that his wife reposted speeches by Russian President Vladimir Putin. All this happened after Russia's invasion of Ukraine, which led to the closure of the footballer's social media accounts.
