Standoff Over the 21st Sanctions Package
Bulgaria has announced it will not back the European Union’s 21st sanctions package targeting Russia unless two key figures are removed from the list: Russian Orthodox Church Patriarch Kirill and Lukoil co-founder Vagit Alekperov.
