Acting Sumy Mayor Artem Kobzar confirmed the incident, reporting that two people were wounded by shrapnel. The attack also caused damage to the building and shattered windows. Explosions were also reported in Pavlohrad, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, following enemy fire.
