Russian oligarchs are beginning to express opinions about ending the war with Ukraine, which is an important signal from the Kremlin. According to the statements of Kyrylo Budanov, head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, active discussions are taking place and the number of supporters of stopping the war among Putin's entourage is increasing.

'It's true. He basically never advocated for its start. One of the few who was against it, well, let's say, did not support it. One cannot say 'against', but did not support.'

According to Budanov, there are various opinions in the Kremlin regarding the continuation or cessation of the conflict with Ukraine, and recently the number of supporters of stopping the war has noticeably increased. It is also worth noting that the Russian business is divided between those who profit from the war and those who support the idea of a peaceful resolution of the situation in eastern Ukraine.

In light of these events, it becomes clear that the internal conflicts and discussions among Ukrainian neighbors may influence the future prospects of the situation in eastern Ukraine and the relations between countries.
