Kyrylo Budanov, head of the Office of the President, has extended his congratulations to Ukrainians on Constitution Day, marking the document’s 30th anniversary. In a statement posted to his Telegram channel, he emphasized that the Constitution has become the bedrock of the nation’s defense and security framework.
