Reaction of the Head of GUR to the death of Andriy Parubiy
The Head of the GUR of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Kyrylo Budanov expressed his attitude towards the murder of politician Andriy Parubiy, which, according to many experts, was provoked by Russia.
In a comment for an interview for the Apostrof publication, Budanov emphasized that regardless of the reaction, it is important to acknowledge the fact of the tragedy. 'A person cannot be brought back,' he stressed.
'In my personal opinion, we need to work harder to ensure that similar episodes do not occur in the future, as this is actually a huge loss for all of us.'
The head of the GUR emphasized that everything possible must be done to avoid the recurrence of similar situations.
'These are old rules. No one in the world can change the old laws.'
We remind that on August 30 in Lviv, Andriy Parubiy was killed on the spot as a result of gunfire.
The head of the GUR expressed condolences and called for measures to be taken to prevent similar tragedies in the future. He emphasized the importance of adhering to laws and established rules to ensure the safety of citizens.
