In the second quarter of 2025, prices for construction work noticeably increased in Ukraine. The overall cost of such services rose by 5.5% compared to the previous year, reports AgroReview.
The highest price increase was recorded in residential construction - by 6.6%. In the non-residential construction sector, prices increased by 5.6%, and in engineering construction - by 5%.
In the first half of 2025, prices for construction work increased overall by 6.1%. In the residential sector, the increase was 6.9%, in the non-residential sector - 6.3%, and for engineering structures - 5.7%.
According to studies, the largest number of construction companies operates in Kyiv - 2,489 enterprises. Also among the leaders in construction activity are Dnipropetrovsk (880 companies), Kyiv (865), Lviv (788), and Odesa (658) regions.
The smallest number of construction firms is registered in Zhytomyr (173), Sumy (158), Chernihiv (143), Ternopil (128), and in Bukovina (115).
Overall, in the second quarter of 2025, an increase in prices for construction work is observed in Ukraine, with the highest increase in residential construction. In addition, statistics show where the largest number of construction companies in the country is concentrated.
