New center for the basketball club 'Dnipro'
The Ukrainian basketball champion 'Dnipro' has announced the signing of center Prince Orizu after a successful tryout. This was reported by 'Glavkom' citing the FBU.
If the tryout proves successful, the club and the 31-year-old player will sign a contract for the entire 2025/2026 season, during which Orizu will participate in the championship and the Cup of Ukraine.
Information about the newcomer
Throughout his career, Orizu has played in Bosnia, Spain, Venezuela, and Bulgaria. Last season he played for the Bulgarian club Minyor 2015 Pernik, where he participated in 7 games, averaging 10.0 points and 4.4 rebounds in 18 minutes.
Previously, 'Dnipro' signed a contract with Dutch center Craig Osahkowu for participation in the European Cup.
'Dnipro' will host 'Crown' Brasov with the aim of advancing to the group stage of the European Cup. The matches will take place on September 24 and October 1.
