Territorial Centers for Recruitment and Social Support, as well as recruiters, participate in the mobilization campaign in Ukraine. Igor Shvaika, deputy head of the 4th recruitment center of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, spoke about this on the air of 'News.Live' on 'Glavkom'.
«To gather people a year ago, it was enough to talk to you, but today, to gather the same number of people, we need to go there, agitate here, make handouts, conduct a quiz, and hold classes on tactical medicine,» emphasized Shvaika.
According to Shvaika, many TCC employees have military experience and know how to motivate others by leading by example.
«Mobilization is not about choice, but about duty. And in order to encourage this duty, we are looking for ways,» noted Shvaika.
