Transport connections across the Dniester River are gradually being restored

After transport connections across the Dniester River were limited due to a Russian attack, they are now gradually being restored. Currently, the section is accessible for most types of transport, including cars, minibuses, and small trucks. This information was provided by the Deputy Head of the President's Office, Viktor Mykyta.

He also announced plans for further improvements in the situation in the near future, emphasizing that in the next 48 hours, conditions for movement on usual routes will be additionally improved.

Further improvement of movement conditions

The restoration of transport connections across the Dniester is only part of the efforts being made to address the consequences of massive attacks in the Odessa direction. At night, enemy forces carried out a ballistic strike on the port in Odessa, resulting in the death of eight people and injuries to nearly 30 others. Later, after eight in the morning, the Pivdenny port also became the target of an attack. Currently, the aftermath of these attacks is being addressed, and the authorities are working to improve safety and restore infrastructure.
