Fight against fakes in territorial recruitment centers

Most complaints about the work of the staff of territorial recruitment centers turned out to be fakes or manipulations. In June, only 14% of incidents were confirmed after verification. This was reported by

As part of the initiative of the Command of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, transparency and openness are being implemented in the activities of territorial recruitment centers, particularly during mobilization events. The Kyiv City TCK and SP reported that in May, 33 incidents were recorded that could indicate violations by the staff of the centers.

• One person was held accountable,


• 15 incidents are under investigation,


• No dismissals or suspensions occurred.

According to the results of the verification of the work of the territorial recruitment centers in June, 6 out of 7 incidents (86%) related to TCK turned out to be manipulations, fakes, and IPSO. Only 14% of incidents related to their work were confirmed in June.

• One person was suspended from duties,


• Five were brought to disciplinary responsibility,


• 30 incidents are under service investigations.

There is a shortage of reserves in Ukraine

We remind you that in the last three months, starting from April 2025, territorial recruitment and social support centers (TCK) issued more than 11 thousand new fines for violations of military accounting rules. Since the beginning of 2025, more than 28 thousand cases of such violations have been opened.

The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrskyi, openly stated about the insufficient reserves in Ukraine against the backdrop of Russia's increase in manpower. According to him, the enemy is preparing for a war of attrition, seeking to 'overpower by mass.'

During mobilization activities in the territorial recruitment centers, many fakes and manipulations in the work of the staff have been identified. This raises questions about the effectiveness of the mobilization system in Ukraine. The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine warned about the country's insufficient reserves, which complicates the situation amid escalating geopolitical conflicts.
