Digital skills are becoming an increasingly important asset in modern business, especially in times of war. This was stated by speaker Britta Rude from the World Bank during an open seminar at the National Bank.
According to a study based on the analysis of 13 million online job vacancies for the period of 2023-2025, companies facing staff losses and operational difficulties due to the war are increasingly looking for workers with digital skills. This process is becoming particularly intense at the national level and in regional markets.
Thus, the Ukrainian economy, under the influence of military events, is adapting to new conditions through active digitalization, which is marked by an increase in demand for specialists with digital skills in business.
