Bitcoin continues to decrease in value, and on November 4, it almost dropped to the psychological mark of $100,000. Analysts describe this movement as critical: if the decline continues, mass bankruptcies among digital asset holders may begin. Investors are massively withdrawing funds to fiat, and the market is losing trust. This is reported by Informator.

Bitcoin price dynamics

The decline of Bitcoin has been ongoing since October 10, when following Donald Trump's statements about strict tariffs against China, the price dropped from $122,000 to $111,000. The market was unable to recover - a brief increase to $115,000 on October 14 was followed by further declines: to $106,000 by the end of the month. Currently, BTC is trading at around $101,000, and the decline is accelerating, despite the easing of trade war risks between the US and China.

Why the crypto market is collapsing

Analysts associate the current turbulence with the exit of major players into traditional currencies. At the same time, nearly all major crypto assets are falling - the market is moving synchronously.

Key factors:

  • massive capital withdrawal to fiat
  • weak recovery attempt after Trump's statements
  • lack of fundamental asset value
  • increased risks for investors amid volatility.

The market reminds us: those who profited from Bitcoin's growth earlier could have made significant earnings. For example, an investment of $150 in November 2022 would have yielded $1000 at the beginning of October 2025. But stability is currently absent.

What’s next

Analysts are reluctant to predict the price. Cryptocurrencies lack real backing, and their behavior largely depends on the moods and actions of large investors. Some experts label the market as a global financial pyramid that cannot grow indefinitely.

Earlier we reported that Ukrainians purchased Bitcoin worth $882 million in a year.
