According to analysts' forecasts, fuel prices at gas stations may rise in October. This information was published on the ZN.UA website by experts from the consulting group 'A-95'.

The European Union is expanding sanctions that will prohibit the import of oil products from Russian raw materials to other countries starting in 2026. This initiative, primarily aimed at India, could lead to difficulties in ensuring fuel supply to Europe.

The figures are staggering: India supplied nearly 15 million tons of diesel fuel to Europe in 2025, accounting for more than half of its exports.

Europe will have to find alternative fuel supply sources, such as increasing imports from America. However, it is important to determine the origin of oil products, as molecules cannot always be unequivocally identified.

'You won't see Kremlin molecules in the chromatograph,' analysts noted.

It is predicted that fuel prices may rise in October due to the EU's expansion of sanctions on the import of oil products from Russia. Europe will need to look for alternative fuel supply sources to meet its needs.
