Ukrainian drivers have received fresh information regarding fuel prices in the Dnipropetrovsk and Lviv regions ahead of the new week.
According to information from the site vseazs.com, significant changes in the prices of gasoline, diesel fuel, and automotive gas have been observed between these two regions.
The data analysis as of August 17, 2025, showed that the average price of A-95+ gasoline in the Dnipropetrovsk region is 59.99 hryvnias per liter, while in the Lviv region, the price for this fuel material is 63.45 hryvnias per liter. This means that owners of passenger cars in the western region may pay an additional 130-170 hryvnias for a full tank of fuel.
Prices for popular A-95 gasoline also differ between regions. In the Dnipropetrovsk region, the average price per liter is 55.99 hryvnias, while in the Lviv region, it stands at 58.00 hryvnias. A-92 gasoline, which is often chosen by owners of economical cars, costs 56.44 hryvnias in the Dnipropetrovsk region and 55.74 hryvnias in the Lviv region.
The difference in prices for diesel fuel is especially noticeable. Diesel fuel DT in the Lviv region costs 54.49 hryvnias per liter, which is 0.5 hryvnias cheaper than in the Dnipropetrovsk region, where the price is 53.99 hryvnias. The cost of improved diesel DT+ is also higher in the western region – 54.75 hryvnias compared to 56.73 hryvnias in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
The price of liquefied gas for cars with gas equipment is practically the same in both regions – 34.49 hryvnias per liter in the Dnipropetrovsk region and 34.99 hryvnias in the Lviv region, making this type of fuel the most stable in price between the regions.
Compared to prices in other regions, drivers in the Dnipropetrovsk and Lviv regions can appreciate the difference in fuel costs and plan their fuel expenses for the new week.
