The Ukrainian Parliament adopted a new State Budget for 2026, and the European Commission included Russia on the list of high-risk countries for money laundering and terrorist financing.
Olga Zikova noted that sustainable development and preparation for sovereign green financing are key to Ukraine's integration into the EU and the country's reconstruction.
The Ministry of Finance, together with the State Audit Office, is strengthening control over the use of public funds, while the government has approved a Roadmap in the procurement sector to come closer to European standards. Over the past month, more than 229 billion hryvnias have been received into the state budget.
