Danish Foreign Minister in the US: 'Any interference is unacceptable'

US President Donald Trump expressed a desire to annex Greenland, but the Danish side emphasizes the unacceptability of such a step.
Vice President Jay D. Vance accused the Danish government of insufficient investment in Greenland, but the Danish side insists that the island has the right to determine its own fate.
Greenland and Denmark: complex relations
Greenland, which has extensive self-government, but whose foreign and defense policy is formulated in Copenhagen, is considered a target of various influence campaigns. Most Greenlandic citizens do not support the idea of annexing the island.
