The Ministry of Economy of Ukraine has introduced a new dashboard for the public - 'Pulse'. This tool allows businesses and authorities to exchange data and feedback.
On the 'Pulse' platform, hundreds of thousands of assessments, tens of thousands of comments, and hundreds of requests from entrepreneurs from various corners of Ukraine have already gathered.
Business experts, analysts, and representatives of the authorities can track business trends and problems in real time through the 'Pulse' dashboard.
'The uniqueness of this dashboard lies in the automatic consideration of each comment without moderation. This guarantees the authenticity of the 'voice of business' and forms a living database of facts about the state of the business environment in Ukraine.'
To effectively address issues, each comment on the 'Pulse' platform must contain certain information:
- Issue - a brief description of the essence of the issue.
- Region - where the problem arose.
- Responsible body - who is solving this issue.
- Industry - the field of activity of the enterprise.
- Position - role in the business.
This approach helps to ensure the accuracy of analytics and the making of informed decisions based on real data.
