On August 3 in Vinnytsia, utility services are repairing water pipelines, heating plants, and transformer substations. Due to the work, there will temporarily be no water, hot water supply, or electricity in certain houses. Overall, the city's critical infrastructure is operating as usual, and public transport is running on schedule. This is reported by the Vinnytsia City Council.
Water pipeline repairs in Vinnytsia on August 3: where disruptions may occur
Teams from the communal enterprise «Vinnytsiaoblvodokanal» are performing repair work on water pipelines at three addresses:

Sunflower Street, 7;

Keletska Street, 64;

Magistratska Street, 9.
The water supply for these addresses is expected to be restored immediately after the completion of the works. Also, due to the repairs, cold water supply has been temporarily suspended in houses No. 3 and No. 3-A on Warsaw Street.
Hot water in Vinnytsia suspended until August 17
The municipal enterprise «Vinnytsiamiskteploenergo» is carrying out planned works at heating plants. Hot water will not be supplied until August 17 at the following addresses:

Chmatska Street, 266 and 268;

Danyla Nechaya Street, 63-A, 67 and 77-A;

Kostiantyn Shyrotskyi Street, 8 and 10;

Additionally, on August 3, hot water supply was temporarily suspended in house No. 17 on Romana Balaba Street. The restoration timeframe will depend on the duration of the repairs.
Power outages in Vinnytsia on August 3: list of streets
«Vinnytsia City Electricity Networks» warned about planned power outages due to work on transformer substations. These may occur on Ulasa Samchuka, Mykola Havrysh, Olena Teliha, Volodymyr Horolets, Stepana Bandery, Architect Artinov, Theatrical, Hohol, Pyrohov, Vyshnevskyi, and Sheremetka streets.
Disruptions may also occur on Ivan Bohun Street, in houses No. 129-147 and No. 120-262, on Serhiy Zulinskyi Street, 39 and 41, as well as in the 2nd Lane of Korolov.
Due to high temperatures, road services are watering the highways to reduce the risk of asphalt deformation. In the «Round-the-clock guard» they urged the people of Vinnytsia to drink more water during the heat and to avoid going outside for long periods without necessity.
