Deadline Approaching: How to File Your 2025 Asset Declaration Electronically by March 31

Filing Deadline

The annual asset declaration period for the 2025 reporting year is open until March 31, inclusive. All declarations must be submitted via the personal electronic cabinet of the Declarations Register, accessible at portal.nazk.gov.ua/login. To access the cabinet, declarants are required to use a Qualified Electronic Signature (QES). This system is a key component of Ukraine's anti-corruption framework, ensuring transparency for public officials.

Obtaining and Updating Your QES

A Qualified Electronic Signature can be obtained from a State Enterprise "NAZK" (National Agency on Corruption Prevention) accredited legal entity. If a declarant needs to update their personal information, they must also replace their QES. Should a declarant lose their QES password, they must obtain a new QES and a new password. When changing a QES without altering passport data, declarants can log into the Register without taking additional steps.

If access to the personal cabinet is lost and the associated email has changed, users should utilize the 'I have changed my email' function on the Register's homepage, entering the phone number linked to the account. In cases where a declarant does not remember the phone number registered in the system, they can contact the NAZK Technical Support team at support@nazk.gov.ua. With a valid QES, contact details can also be updated in the 'My Profile' tab.

It is important to note that the Register may not function correctly on older operating systems like Windows 8, 7, Vista, XP, 98, or 95, or on mobile devices. NAZK recommends using Windows 10, 11, MacOS, CentOS, Ubuntu, and the latest version of the Google Chrome browser.

To log in using a QES, you must:

  • select your electronic trust service provider from the dropdown list,
  • choose your key and enter the password.
