A delegation from the Ministry of Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine, led by First Deputy Minister Alona Shkrym, took part in the ReBuild Ukraine 2025 conference, during which important meetings and negotiations were held. The delegation was also represented by Deputy Ministers Marina Denysiuk and Artem Rybychenko.
During the event, meetings were held with Scotland's Minister of Finance Ivan Paul Mackie, during which cooperation opportunities and investment attraction in the areas of energy efficiency and modular construction were discussed.
Cooperation and Agreements
The Ukrainian delegation held negotiations with France’s Special Envoy for Aid and Reconstruction of Ukraine, Mr. Pierre Heilbronn, regarding new potential agreements and defining the ministry's role in them. Ongoing projects with the World Bank and the European Investment Bank, as well as ways to strengthen the work of JASPERS, were also discussed.
New investment programs totaling 722 million euros were announced during the EU-Ukraine Investment Conference at ReBuild Ukraine 2025 and approved by the Steering Committee. These programs include the implementation of projects in the fields of social housing, restoration of water supply, restoration of railway lines, and ports.
Important meetings and agreements at the ReBuild Ukraine 2025 conference confirmed the interest of states and international partners in the development and support of Ukraine in carrying out reforms and infrastructure projects.
