The operation to seize Bella 1 was halted due to the appearance of a Russian flag on board the vessel. The mentioned operation took place at dawn on December 20 and was part of a mission called 'Southern List.' Congress is ready to support Trump in more decisive actions against Vladimir Putin, noted Senator Coons, emphasizing lawmakers' willingness to support the administration in its efforts to deter Russian aggression.
