The Minister of Social Policy, Family, and Unity of Ukraine, Denys Uliutin, met with the Ukrainian community in New York before his participation in the UN General Assembly meeting on human trafficking.
“We understand that for the return of our citizens, safety is necessary. The government is working on creating Unity Centers for Ukrainians abroad, where various services and consultations will be provided for their successful return home,” explained participant Denys Uliutin.
The main theme of the meeting was the return of Ukrainians to Ukraine when it becomes possible from a safety standpoint. The state is considering launching a number of initiatives, such as creating Ukrainian Unity Centers abroad and working on a network of Resilience Centers in Ukraine.
