The seized assets of the online casino 'Pin-Up' amounting to over 2.6 billion UAH have been transferred to state ownership. This information was disclosed by the Office of the President of Ukraine, referencing the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv. The casino director was sentenced to 5 years in prison, and a special confiscation of the company's funds was carried out.
«Today, in line with the decision of the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv regarding the special confiscation to LLC 'Ukr Game Technology', which has come into legal force, ARMA and the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine transferred 2.6 billion UAH to the state budget of Ukraine as part of the special confiscation,» it is stated in the official message.
