According to Ukrinform, only 1% of suppliers of the procurement agency MOU 'State Rearmament Operator' fall under restrictions due to contract violations. As of June, there were a total of seven such companies.

“We indeed have a low percentage of contract non-compliance... When it comes to unique cases of restrictive measures, it’s about plus or minus 1%,” explained the Deputy Head of the Commission for the Reorganization of the State Rearmament Operator MOU 'DOT' Dmytro Bigunets.

Among the reasons that may lead to the application of restrictive measures are non-compliance with the contract and the provision of poor-quality products or counterfeit goods. In such cases, companies have the opportunity to settle their penalty obligations and assume anti-corruption commitments to return to the list of suppliers.

According to the Deputy Head of the Commission, only a very small number of suppliers of the State Rearmament Operator violate contracts. This indicates the effectiveness of the control system and the opportunities for companies to correct their mistakes and return to cooperation with the government.
