Course Enrollment Now Open
A 5-month blended learning program for government specialists in European integration has been launched. The course is designed for civil servants working within Ukraine’s Ministries of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture. Interested candidates can register until May 25, 2026.
What the Program Covers
State experts in EU integration are invited to apply, with English language instruction available for those at the A2 to B2 proficiency levels. The curriculum includes:
- Policy-making cycles and EU decision-making mechanisms;
- Public communication strategies;
- Applying artificial intelligence tools in public service.
The hybrid format combines theoretical learning with hands-on practical exercises.
Upon completion, participants will receive certificates and ECTS credits. This training initiative is part of a project run by the 'Reform Support in Ukraine' Civil Society Union. It falls under the 'STEP IN 2 EU' international cooperation program, co-financed by the governments of Germany and Norway, as well as the European Union through the EU4Business initiative. The program is implemented by the German federal enterprise 'Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ Ukraine) GmbH'.
This course represents a significant step in upskilling Ukrainian civil servants involved in EU integration, equipping them with essential knowledge for effective work as Ukraine moves closer to the European Union. The backing of international partners underscores their commitment to strengthening Ukrainian institutions and deepening cooperation with the EU.
