Paratroopers from the 95th Separate Air Assault Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine joyfully celebrate the innovations in the system of transferring military personnel. Now this process has accelerated almost to the maximum, allowing them to transition to new units faster and without unnecessary breaks.
The transfer process now takes place much more efficiently: military personnel receive notifications about the approval within just a few days, receive orders, and can start finalizing affairs in their current place of service, preparing to move to a new unit.
- The request for transfer is checked by the Personnel Center of the Armed Forces within 72 hours;
- The result is sent to the serviceman with clear justifications for refusal or with the number and date of the order in the case of approval;
- After receiving the order, the unit has up to 20 days to execute it and send the serviceman to serve in the new unit.
As a result of the implementation of new transfer procedures in Army+, paratroopers from the 95th Separate Air Assault Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine can adapt faster and more effectively to the new conditions of service and operationally deploy to those places where their skills and experience are most needed.
