New Service on the 'Diia' Portal
A new fast-track service for reserving employees of critical enterprises has been launched on the 'Diia' government portal. This initiative is part of Ukraine's ongoing effort to maintain essential economic functions during wartime. The procedure allows for the extension of an employee's reservation status within 24 hours, provided they hold a valid reservation at the time of application. If an employee has lost their status or changed positions, the standard re-reservation process takes 72 hours.
The simplified procedure is available to critical enterprises that have confirmed their status in a timely manner. The system automatically verifies data and continuously extends the reservation status. For a successful reservation, the liable-for-military-service employee must be registered with the military, have updated their personal data, not be wanted by law enforcement, and receive a salary of no less than 21,617 UAH.
The Re-reservation Process
The process is conducted as follows:
- A manager or authorized person logs into the 'Diia' portal.
- They select the reservation extension service.
- They verify the company's data.
- They add the relevant employees.
- They sign the application with a digital signature.
