Kyiv Dynamo Reveals New Kit Collection

FC Dynamo Kyiv has introduced its fresh kit lineup for the 2026/27 season, featuring both home and away designs. The away strip stands out as it commemorates the 40th anniversary of the club's 1986 UEFA Cup Winners' Cup victory. New Balance remains the official sportswear partner, continuing its collaboration with Dynamo for the ninth consecutive campaign.

Kit Details and Design Highlights

The home jersey sports a white base with sky-blue vertical stripes, complemented by diamond-shaped patterns and lemon chrome side accents. In contrast, the away kit adopts an ink-blue shade accented with sea-green elements and white detailing. Goalkeeper outfits have also been refreshed, now available in gray, black, and bright yellow colorways. All kits incorporate NB Dry technology, ensuring optimal ventilation, rapid moisture wicking, and unrestricted movement.

As part of preseason preparations, Ukrainian Premier League (UPL) clubs that qualified for European competitions—namely Dynamo, LNZ, and Polissya—will be allowed to reschedule two league matches each. According to Mykhailo Spivakovsky,

"the latest UPL club representatives' meeting discussed postponing matches for teams involved in European tournaments."

He emphasized that "all these postponed fixtures must be completed within the first half of the championship."

Dynamo will kick off its Europa League qualifying campaign with the first leg scheduled for July 9. Meanwhile, Polissya and LNZ are set to begin their Conference League journeys on July 23.

The kit launch underscores the club's deep-rooted history and traditions, with the away design honoring a landmark victory that adds emotional significance to the upcoming season. Additionally, the match rescheduling for European-bound clubs could notably impact fixture calendars and team preparations as they compete both domestically and on the continental stage.

As the new season approaches, the upcoming adjustments in the Ukrainian Premier League schedule are crucial for teams like Dynamo. The rescheduled fixtures for clubs competing in European tournaments will allow them to better prepare for their continental challenges while ensuring that domestic competitions remain competitive. This strategic move reflects the league's commitment to supporting its clubs on the international stage.
