At 19:45, a new game week started in the third strongest club tournament in Europe - the Conference League. In their first match, Kyiv's 'Dynamo' played against Cypriot 'Omonia'. This was reported by 'Glavkom'.
Both the Ukrainian club and its opponents approached this match with unremarkable starts in the Conference League: 'Dynamo' had only one victory, while 'Omonia' had two draws.
The first to show initiative were the players of Oleksandr Shovkovskyi, who had a moment right at the seventh minute. Vladyslav Kabayev had a chance to score, but the opposing goalkeeper saved his team. However, over time, the Dynamo players lost their initiative in creating dangerous moments, and this soon affected them.
The first significant mistake by 'Dynamo' came in the thirty-second minute when Denys Popov made a tackle in the penalty area, leading to a penalty. Wily Semedo did not miss his chance and opened the scoring in the match. At the end of the first half, the Kyiv team failed to score, despite a dangerous moment created by Mykola Mykhailenko.

Currently, 'Dynamo' is in 27th place after four matchdays, having dropped out of the qualification zone for the playoffs. Their next match will be against 'Fiorentina' on December 11, which is considered one of the most challenging at this stage of the league.
