Dismissal of Kostyantyn Menshykov after the accident
Kostyantyn Menshykov, the head of the Department of Defense Work and Law Enforcement of the Vinnytsia Regional State Administration, was dismissed in Vinnytsia after a traffic accident involving an official vehicle. The incident occurred in the Pyatnychany area, where the official vehicle of the regional administration crashed into a gas column.
Kostyantyn Menshykov was behind the wheel of the vehicle at the time of the accident. According to reports, the driver refused to undergo a sobriety test. As a result, a protocol was drawn up under Article 130 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses, concerning driving under the influence of alcohol.

The damaged vehicle will be handed over to one of the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Natalia Zabolotna commented on the situation, stating that
“former merits do not grant the right to unacceptable behavior.”She also emphasized that
“officials who undermine the authority of state service with their actions cannot work in government bodies.”
