The charity fund 'Smile UA' is accepting applications for multi-purpose cash assistance for people who have recently evacuated or relocated due to the war. The program currently covers Zaporizhzhia and Kharkiv, and the number of applications is limited. This was reported by the fund 'Smile UA'.
Cash Assistance for IDPs: Who Can Register
Applications can be submitted by households that have arrived in Zaporizhzhia or Kharkiv within the last 45 days. The assistance is aimed at those who had to leave their homes due to shelling, worsening security situations, or evacuation decisions.
The following are eligible to participate in the program:
- families who were forcibly evacuated or displaced;
- people who independently left for Kharkiv or Zaporizhzhia due to danger;
- IDPs who moved from combat zones or areas under threat of shelling and have already obtained IDP certificates.
The IMPACT project is implemented within the framework of the TERA consortium's work with the financial support of the Humanitarian Fund for Ukraine. The 'Smile UA' fund works with evacuated individuals, internally displaced persons, and residents of frontline areas.
Registration for Payments for IDPs: Important Conditions
Submitting an application does not guarantee automatic payment assignment. The fund will select households based on program criteria and within the available capacity limits.
Families that have already received multi-purpose cash assistance from other humanitarian organizations in the last six months will not be included in participation. The registration form will close after reaching the established limit.
Applications can be submitted through the online form published by the fund on official resources. Before filling out, it is advisable to prepare information about the household composition, relocation date, previous place of residence, and IDP status, if it is already registered.
