On May 26, 2025, former Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba will marry entrepreneur Svitlana Paveletska. The ceremony will be conducted through the Diia online service, with only three people present: Kuleba, Paveletska, and an official who will perform the ceremony via a Diia screen. After the registration, a lunch with close family members—including parents and children—is planned.
Kuleba shared details of the upcoming wedding in an interview with the project Rozmova. He explained that the couple decided against a large celebration.
“We decided for ourselves: why spend money on a wedding when it could be used to support others or do something meaningful,” Kuleba said.He also emphasized that their celebration will be “a circle of three people: me, my wife Svitlana, and the woman on the Diia screen who will marry us.”

Kuleba noted that after the ceremony, they will gather with parents and children for lunch.
“We made a decision not to go all out. We’ll just get married and continue doing what we can,” he added.The couple chose not to spend money on a lavish party, instead directing funds toward supporting others.
