The starting price of the Dnipro Arena stadium and the football training base in Dnipro is UAH 140.7 million. PrivatBank has once again put the complex up for sale: previous attempts did not result in a deal, and a new auction is scheduled for October 6. Inkorr has also previously reported on other sports facilities in Dnipro. PrivatBank reported this.
Dnipro Arena Auction in Dnipro: Price and Conditions October 6, 2026
The lot has been published in the ProZorro.Sales system. The security deposit for participants is UAH 7.04 million, or 5% of the starting price. Buyers must meet the bank's conditions: in particular, they must not be under sanctions and not associated with former owners or managers of PrivatBank.
The bank received the stadium and base in repayment of a loan indebtedness prior to its nationalization. Currently, these facilities are not used in the main activities of the institution. Their sale is part of the strategy for managing troubled assets.
What is included in the Dnipro Arena complex
The stadium was opened after reconstruction in 2008. It holds 31,003 spectators and has a football field measuring 105 by 68 meters, training facilities, a restaurant, and a VIP box with 296 seats. The field is equipped with heating, automatic irrigation, and lighting for evening matches.
The training base was built in 1971 and renovated in 2010. The complex includes seven outdoor fields, an indoor arena with stands for 506 spectators, residential buildings for footballers, a medical rehabilitation center, a swimming pool, a gym, and a sauna. Meanwhile, sports facilities in other cities require investment: specifically, the restoration of the stadium in Dnipro is ongoing.
Previous Attempts to Sell the Stadium
In October 2025, the bank already put the stadium and base up for sale with a starting price of UAH 150 million. In January 2026, an auction was announced for rental rights: the initial monthly fee was about UAH 2.7 million.
The new starting price is approximately UAH 9.3 million lower than the previous sale attempt. Whether a buyer will be found this time will be known after the bidding. Auctions remain one of the methods for disposing of assets not used by the bank, as in other cases of property sales through open trading.
