A criminal case has been initiated in Dnipro regarding the possible beating of a former serviceman by employees of the Territorial Center for Staffing and Social Support. This was reported by 'Glavkom' citing the Special Prosecutor's Office of the Eastern region.
On August 8, 2025, a video recording was published on one of the Telegram channels, capturing a possible beating of a former serviceman by employees of the Territorial Center for Staffing and Social Support. In connection with this, the Dnipro Specialized Prosecutor's Office in the field of defense of the Eastern region registered a criminal case under part 1 of Article 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The pre-trial investigation has been assigned to investigators of the investigative department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Dnipropetrovsk region, - the message says.
It is stated that within the framework of the investigation, all circumstances of the incident will be established, and a legal assessment of the actions of all participants in the event will be given. Currently, the question of registering a separate criminal case for physical resistance to TCK employees is being resolved.

In fact, the situation looked like this: a notification group stopped a citizen who calmly provided his documents for verification. During this, an unknown man in civilian clothes who was intoxicated approached the group, introduced himself as an active serviceman, and began to insult and provoke the representatives of the RTC and SP. Then this citizen ran into the entrance, the conflict stopped, but after 10 minutes he came out in military uniform without distinguishing marks and continued the conflict with the TCK and SP servicemen. During the conflict, it turned out that this person is not an active serviceman and was removed from military records. The National Police were called to the scene, and investigative actions are ongoing.
It is worth recalling that in the village of Solovichi in the Kovel district on August 7, during the notification of military reservists, a group of people attacked the employees of one of the RTCs and the police.
By the way, in the Rivne region, a group of individuals blocked a TCK vehicle and took from it a military obligated person - the deputy of the Kostopil City Council Viktor Moskvych. The All-Ukrainian Union 'Svoboda' commented on the incident and condemned the actions that obstruct mobilization.
Also, videos have appeared on social networks showing a man covered in blood, which, according to the authors' claims, were allegedly recorded in the premises of the Rivne District TCK. The staffing center commented on the incident.
