Land tax is considered one of the most stable sources of local budget funding. Landowners and land users are required to pay this tax, with individuals doing so within 60 days after receiving a tax notification, while legal entities pay the tax monthly. As of the end of October 2025, these figures indicate an increase in financial revenues in the regions of Ukraine, which may positively influence the development of infrastructure and social programs.
